  • Through the searches conducted using our database, head hunting and other relevant databases, we identify well-qualified and motivated candidates, and select those best acceptance process on the client's behalf.

  • We conduct reference checks of the candidates selected by the client. This is a critical part of our recruitment process. It validates the information provided by the candidate and reduces the likelihood of making an inappropriate selection.

  • Once the client selects the final candidate and at the request of the client, we assist in the negotiations of appropriate compensation and other aspects of the employment offer.

  • Finally, after the offer signature, we follow up to ensure that the starting dates are met.
