Our client is a leading insurance company in Lebanon.

Responsibilities
-Receive and handle incoming calls according to the company’s customer handling guidelines
-Provide Claims and Road Assistance
-Review and assess medical and travel cases as per predefined criteria: policy coverage, medical indication, ICD codes, etc.
-Perform feedback calls and submit relevant report
-Communicate verbally and in writing with clients and partners in a professional manner according to the company’s internal regulations and customer handling guidelines


Knowledge, Skills, Experiences, and Competencies
Minimum BA/BS from a reputable university
Excellent command of the English language
