Job Purpose
This role will be accountable for operational aspects of the function or team and has responsibility to contribute to a specific department or group. Focus is on setting systems, processes, priorities and follow-through for execution. Guiding and shaping the department from an operational perspective by utilizing previous experience and combining technical knowledge. Does not work under supervision to acquire skills and knowledge.

Knowledge, Skills, Experiences, and Competencies
Education & Certification:
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in related Engineering field (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Chemical)

Skills & Competencies:
A thorough understanding of and experience with machining and fitting techniques.
Good interpersonal and organizational skills able to motivate people.
Proven record of ability to manage time and work to strict deadlines.
Strong fundamental knowledge in the related engineering field.
Independent problem solving abilities and out of the box thinking.
Ability to adhere to deadlines form start to finish.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills.
Submersible Motor Foreman, Hands-on Repair Experience & Site Services, General Electrical Service.
Create Procedures and Work flow for new service
Supervise work on motor stator, to strip, clean, re-wind and varnish the stator
Testing of Motor including Resistance Test, Hi-Pot Test Insulation resistance test & performance test
Develop & implement procedures along with OEM input
Keep Workshop up to 5S standards
Write Report on Strip & Inspection, Dismantle motor to perform electrical test and records data
Re-assemble motor and perform various tests including
Motor rewinding
Lead & Train Senior & Junior Technicians

Experience:
Minimum 6-8 years of work experience in the related job function
